The State Council on Developmental Disabilities is established by state and federal law as an independent state agency to plan for and ensure that individuals with developmental disabilities and their families receive the services and supports they need. .

OCRA provides legal services to consumers of all 21 regional centers throughout California. This is done by having a Clients' Rights Advocate (CRA) designated for each regional center catchment area. The CRA can help with legal problems, conduct trainings, and investigate denials of rights.

Disability Rights California is a non-profit organization that helps individuals with disabilities address disability-related issues such as: rights to basic support, therapy and health care such as In-Home Support Services (IHSS) and Medi-Cal; special education rights; regional center eligibility and services; voting registration, etc

Foothill Family empowers children and families to achieve success in relationships, school, and work through community-based services that advance growth and development.

Foothill Unity Center helps individuals and families in need with programs that focus on: Food, Health, Crisis Case Management, Job Development, Housing and Homeless services, supported by our Volunteer Program. We envision a community where all have their basic needs met, all get the necessary support to become self-sufficient and all are treated with love and dignity.
